Shantou Linghai Plastics Packing Factory Co., Ltd. is professional manufacturer for thermoformed plastic packaging. We produce packaging for food service, fresh produce industries, bakery and deli, as well as medical industry, electronic inductry and general merchandise markets. Material option includes apet, PP, PS, BOPS, PVC and PLA.
Our abilities include extrusion and thermoforming of these materials into packaging products as well as molding, labeling services. Our major export markets include United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, United States, Europe, and Saudi Arabia.
Our workshop is totally 10000 square meters. Main production equipment includes 4 advanced extrusion lines, 23 vacuum formed machines and thermoformed machines. The daily output for plastic sheet is 32 tons and for final products is 48 tons. We can supply big quantity custom plastic packaing for our customer on time. Our molding deparment includes 7 CNC digital control cutting machines, 3 CNC digital control lathes, 2 digital control wire cut EDM, 1 machining centre and many other molding equipment. We assist our customers in developing new, custom products exclusively for our customers program. We can supply drawing, sample tooling and production tooling for our customers on time. 7 days only for single cavity sample mold.
